Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 small jar of Miracle Whip
- 100 ml ketchup
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- e.g. mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
delicious for barbecues or parties
Chop the iceberg lettuce and place it in a bowl with the corn. Wash the kidney beans and add them. Mix the sauce separately, season to taste, and add it just before serving, otherwise the salad will quickly wilt. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of mustard to the sauce.
