Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or herb vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- ½ tbsp mustard, medium hot or Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp honey
- 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- ½ head of iceberg lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Thoroughly mix everything except the oil. Then add the olive oil and stir thoroughly again. Fold the finished dressing into the chopped iceberg lettuce.
