Iceberg lettuce with mustard dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar or herb vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ tbsp mustard, medium hot or Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 2 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thoroughly mix everything except the oil. Then add the olive oil and stir thoroughly again. Fold the finished dressing into the chopped iceberg lettuce.
