Iceberg lettuce with tuna

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 150 ml water, cold
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the iceberg lettuce. Tear it into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Make a salad dressing with the other ingredients and pour it over the iceberg lettuce. You can mix the tuna with the salad dressing or add it to the iceberg lettuce.
