Iced coffee latte macchiato

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla)
  • 150 ml milk, cold
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cup(s) coffee, strong hot (espresso, small cups!)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Divide the vanilla ice cream between two glasses. Add the milk to taste and pour over the vanilla ice cream. Pour in the espresso using a spoon. Divide the cream between both glasses and sift some cocoa powder over the top.
