Iced Melon with Fruit and Curd from Budwig
The perfect iced melon with fruit and curd from budwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- *******************
- 125 g Low-Fat quark drained in the sieve
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh milk
comes to that
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Bourbon vanilla
- 2 tbsp Oleolux
fruit
- 2 tbsp Pineapple fresh
- 2 tbsp Blueberries fresh
- 2 tbsp Papaya fresh
- Puree the melon, place in a bowl suitable for freezing and place in the freezer for a few hours
Quark to Budwig
- Mix the ingredients together, stir well and add the vanilla and agave syrup, put in the fridge to cool
Serving …
- Poke out the iced melon with an ice cream scoop and place it on a plate covered with fruit, then add the chilled Budwig quark, which I put in a piping bag and was able to decorate better … it was delicious 🙂
