Quark to Budwig
- 300 g Frozen raspberries from my supply
- 30 ml Agave syrup or other
- 200 g Lowfat quark
- 50 ml Linseed oil
- 40 ml Fresh milk
- 40 ml To sweeten agave syrup
- Put the fruits with the agave syrup in the Vitamix * and puree.
- Mix the quark with the milk and the oil well, let it emulsify and then fill it into dessert bowls and pour the pureed raspberry-strawberry mix onto it with a spoon – it was a delicious end
