Quark to Budwig

  • 300 g Frozen raspberries from my supply
  • 30 ml Agave syrup or other
  • 200 g Lowfat quark
  • 50 ml Linseed oil
  • 40 ml Fresh milk
  • 40 ml To sweeten agave syrup
  1. Put the fruits with the agave syrup in the Vitamix * and puree.
  2. Mix the quark with the milk and the oil well, let it emulsify and then fill it into dessert bowls and pour the pureed raspberry-strawberry mix onto it with a spoon – it was a delicious end
