Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter or margarine
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 orange(s), grated peel, or 1 pack of oranges – baking
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 75 g flour
  • 75 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • Margarine for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the orange zest, egg, and milk. Fold in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Grease a tart pan (approx. 26 cm in diameter), spread the batter into it, and bake on the lowest rack of a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes.
