Mushroom ragout with sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pkt. Ready-made mix for mushroom dumplings
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 250 g leek
  • 1 can/n sausages, Vienna, 300 g
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml water
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 4 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • Pepper, white
  • possibly cream
  • e.g. mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the dumplings according to the instructions. Clean and wash the mushrooms, then halve or quarter them. Slice the washed leeks into rings. Cut the sausages into diagonal slices and fry them in hot oil. Briefly fry the mushrooms and leeks. Pour milk and water into the pan, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener. Season to taste with mustard, salt, and pepper. Serve the mushroom ragout with the dumplings and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
