Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 gherkin(s) or more
  • ½ apple
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked lean
  • herbs, to taste
  • 2 tsp oil or 4 tsp salad cream light!
  • ¼ cucumber(s)

WW-suitable, low-fat

This light salad dressing is designed for a low-fat diet! Whisk the natural yogurt (1p) with mustard, garlic clove, honey, salt, and white pepper until fluffy. Finely chop the egg (2p), gherkin, half an apple, and ham (1p) and stir in. Fresh herbs and some grated and squeezed green cucumber with skin enhance the flavor! Mix with oil or salad dressing (2p) and season to taste. This dressing serves four people in total. For a potato salad made with approximately 500g of potatoes and a little cucumber broth, add 2p.
