Ille's light semolina soup with frozen raspberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml low-fat milk up to 1.5%
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious for hot days – other berries can also be used 2.5p per portion!

Fill the bottom of a pot with water and add half a liter of milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whisk immediately and, just before boiling, add about 50g of soft wheat semolina. Bring to a boil briefly while stirring, then let it swell slightly on a warm plate! Simply add 150g of frozen raspberries and enjoy it semi-warm for lunch! That’s it! It’s light in the heat and has 2 points for semolina and 3 points for milk! Sugar-free! 5 points for WW total!
