Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small jar creamed horseradish
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
This sauce is ready in 10 minutes and delicious
Make a roux. Place the butter in a saucepan and melt. When the butter bubbles, add the flour and whisk to combine. Add the milk and let it thicken slightly. Finally, add the vegetable stock and the small jar of creamed horseradish to the pan and mix thoroughly. Set aside for about 2-5 minutes to let it simmer. The sauce is ready when you’re in a hurry.
