Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 large garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 250 ml low-fat yogurt
  • ¾ tsp garam masala or curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • some oil
  • 1 pack of rice (konjac rice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dukan-suitable, Phase 1

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Fry the onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes, stirring in the curry powder or garam masala. Then add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook on all sides, stirring constantly. Add the yogurt and simmer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the konjac rice according to the package instructions and add it to the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili.
