for meat, fish or vegetables

Finely chop the onions and garlic. Then chop the meat, fish, or vegetables into small pieces. Mix the spices in a small bowl. Sauté the onions and garlic, then add the spice mix. Then add the chopped meat, fish, or vegetables and sauté. When golden brown, add the small can of tomatoes and the small can of coconut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Done! Basmati or jasmine rice is best served with it. The best way to prepare the rice is as follows: Combine 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water in a pot on the stovetop, set it on high, and cover. Once the water boils, simply turn off the heat and wait 15 minutes. Do not open the lid until the 15 minutes are up!
