Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast, shredded
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ liter chicken broth
- 90 ml milk
- ¾ tbsp curry
- ¾ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large apple
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 4 ½ tbsp almond flakes
- 4 ½ tbsp raisins
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the chicken with the finely chopped onion. Season with curry, paprika, salt, and cinnamon, then deglaze with the chicken stock. Add the milk, lemon juice, almonds, and raisins. Finely chop the apple, mash the banana with a fork, and add both. Then simmer for about 10 minutes with the lid on, then season to taste. Rice goes best with this dish.
