Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500g tofu
- 100 ml water
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil (sunflower)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2 pinches of black pepper
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tofu scrambled eggs
Chop the onion and sauté it in sunflower oil in a pan until translucent. Mash the tofu with a fork and add it with the water. Season with curry, salt, ginger, soy sauce, pepper, and turmeric. Heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the chives. Serve warm.
