Mix the brown sugar and yeast, then stir both into the water and set aside for 15-20 minutes until the liquid forms bubbles. Sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Make a well in the center. Pour in the yeast mixture, oil, and soy yogurt and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Place the dough in an oiled plastic bag and let it rise in a warm place for 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Then knead the dough again, divide into about 12 balls, and roll them out into circles about 16 cm in diameter. Place as many circles as possible on a baking sheet and bake for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Keep the finished naan warm in aluminum foil or eat immediately. Tip: If your oven has a grill function, grill again for a few seconds after baking until lightly browned.
