Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g onion(s)
- 150 g carrot(s)
- 100 g potatoes
- 10 g ginger
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- ¼ liter orange juice
- ¼ liter carrot juice
- 1 orange(s), untreated peel, grated
- Salt
- Cumin (if available)
- 150 g sour cream
- 50 g yogurt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the oil and sauté the onion. Then add the diced carrots and potatoes and season with ginger. Cook with the vegetable stock until soft, blend, and season with the orange juice, carrot juice, and spices. Stir in the sour cream and yogurt and serve immediately.
