Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • ⅛ celeriac
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root
  • 300 g quark
  • turmeric
  • curry powder
  • Garlic
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • Coriander powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some milk
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, peel and coarsely grate the vegetables. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Then, combine the vegetables with quark and a little milk and stir until creamy. Season to taste with the spices listed. Don’t skimp on the turmeric, cinnamon, and curry powder—half a teaspoon of each is fine.
