Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n lentils with soup vegetables
- 1 cube of stock, instant
- 300 ml water
- 4 sausages, coarse
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 pack of gravy (instant powder)
- 1 kg potatoes
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sweet and sour lentils with boiled potatoes and bratwurst
Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water. Fry the sausage in the oil. Heat the lentils with the liquid, water, and stock cube in a saucepan. Stir in the sauce mix, bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Season the lentils with vinegar and sugar to taste. Add a little salt if desired. Pour the fat from the sausage pan into the lentils and serve with the boiled potatoes and sausage.
