Ingmar's rum flints with red wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml rum, 40%
  • 50 ml red wine, dry
  • 50 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk together the flour, milk, and eggs. Add the rum, mineral water, and red wine. Season with a pinch of salt and a sachet of vanilla sugar. Preheat the stovetop with the pan to level 6 out of 9. Ladle the batter into a hot pan with clarified butter. When one side has reached the desired golden brown color, use a spatula to flip the pancake over and cook until that side is also golden brown.
