Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter grape juice, red
  • 175 g honey
  • 2 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), unsprayed
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 1 pinch of clove powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with honey

Peel the lemon and cut it into small pieces. Heat all ingredients in a saucepan, stirring constantly (do not boil), until the sugar and honey are completely dissolved. Serve hot, scooping out the lemon pieces.
