  • 4 Canned sausages
  • 2 disc Cut cheese
  • 250 g Puff pastry
  • 1 Egg
  1. Dry the sausages with kitchen paper, cut the cheese in half.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and divide into 4 parts. Separate the egg, crack both a little. Brush the puff pastry with egg white.
  3. Place 1/2 slice of cheese and 1 sausage on each. Then roll it up and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then brush with egg yolk.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
