Intermediate Course: Sausages in Puff Pastry

- 4 Canned sausages
- 2 disc Cut cheese
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 1 Egg
- Dry the sausages with kitchen paper, cut the cheese in half.
- Roll out the puff pastry and divide into 4 parts. Separate the egg, crack both a little. Brush the puff pastry with egg white.
- Place 1/2 slice of cheese and 1 sausage on each. Then roll it up and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then brush with egg yolk.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 12-15 minutes.
- PAKED Dough: I took the Blitz puff pastry from my cookbook, but you can also use normal puff pastry, make it yourself or buy it, e.g. frozen puff pastry in slices.
