Sausages Hidden in Puff Pastry Dieter’s Style

- 4 piece Sausages
- 12 Discs Bacon
- 1 packet Puff pastry roll
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil for frying
- Wrap sausages with bacon. Then we put some oil in the pan and let it get hot, now we fry the wrapped sausages all around in the pan. Then place them on a paper towel to cool down and drain
- We roll out the puff pastry and divide it into 4. equal-sized parts, on which we now place a cooled sausage. Roll the sausage in the dough and press the side edges firmly.
- With a fork we pierce a few times at the top. Place the rolls of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes until the dough is golden yellow. I serve potato salad with it.
