Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s), finely diced (approx. 4×4 mm)
  • 1 piece(s) bell pepper(s), yellow, finely diced (approx. 4×4 mm)
  • 1 piece(s) of cucumber(s) (pickle), finely diced (approx. 4×4 mm)
  • 1 tbsp fennel, very finely diced
  • 1 tbsp, stalked chives, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig of dill, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of parsley, flat, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of thyme, leaves picked
  • 4 rings apple, dried, finely diced
  • 1 tsp honey, alternatively brown sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, red
  • 60 ml mild olive oil
  • e.g. salt, fleur de sel
  • n. B. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • n. B. Lemon peel, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
