Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s) (organic)
  • 2 tsp brown cane sugar
  • 3 cl lime juice, also freshly squeezed
  • e.g. Lemonade, ice-cold, for pouring
  • e.g. ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

non-alcoholic Caipirinha

Wash the lime and cut it into eighths. Pour it into a glass, sprinkle with brown sugar, and crush it well with a muddler. Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice and pour over the lime juice. Stir everything briefly. Top with lemonade and serve with straws.
