Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 3 small onions, red
- 4 tsp oil (safflower oil)
- 8 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard (Dijon)
- 2 tbsp chives, dried
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the smoked salmon and peeled red onion. Place them together in a bowl. Now add the safflower oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and chives to the salmon mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for about 30 minutes before serving. Pairs well with pumpernickel. Serve with salad and bread for a light lunch.
