Iris cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (sponge cake)
  • 6 banana(s), ripe
  • 700 ml juice (multivitamin juice from Dr. Koch)
  • 3 packs of cake glaze, white
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Cream stiffener
  • possibly cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fruity summer cake with bananas and multivitamin juice

Peel the bananas and cut them into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Cover the cake base (either 26 cm or 28 cm diameter will work) with the banana slices. Now prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions, using the multivitamin juice instead of the usual water, and cover the banana slices with it. It’s best to place a cake ring around the cake base (if you use a juice other than Dr. Koch’s, there’s a risk that the glaze won’t set later). Let the cake rest until it has set. Now whip the two cups of cream with cream stiffener and spread it on the cake. For decoration, you can dust a pattern with cocoa powder.
