Kebab with yogurt and tomato sauce

Sear the meat in olive oil and season with salt and thyme shortly before cooking. Cut the flatbread into small cubes and fry in melted butter until slightly crispy. Peel the tomatoes, dice them very finely, and cook them slowly in a pan over low heat. Add the pizza tomatoes or peeled tomatoes and cook them together slowly until they form a sauce. Season with salt and garlic. Season the yogurt with a little salt and garlic. When everything is ready, arrange the plates/portions as follows: Place the bread on the plates. Place the meat on the bread. Spread some of the yogurt sauce over the meat. Finally, pour some of the tomato sauce over the yogurt sauce. Tastes delicious! Turkish restaurants serve it with doner meat. It’s delicious homemade. Tip: You can use any meat you like – depending on your taste. You can also omit the garlic if you like. Cream yogurt with a high fat content tastes best.
