Lasagna with salmon, shrimp and spinach

Finely chop the garlic and onions and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add the thawed spinach and heat through. Roughly dice the salmon, add it with the shrimp, and heat through. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add about 200 ml of béchamel sauce and gently fold in. Grease a large lasagna dish (or casserole dish) and line it with a layer of lasagna sheets. Spread half of the spinach mixture over it. Cover with lasagna sheets. Then pour the remaining mixture over it and finish with a layer of lasagna sheets. Spread the last layer with béchamel sauce and arrange mozzarella slices on top. Season with a little salt, pepper, and nutmeg and place the lasagna in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
