Italia Pasta Salad

  • 500 g Fusilli
  • 80 g Parma ham
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 100 g Sun-Dried tomatoes
  • 50 g Tomatoes
  • 100 g Arugula
  • Balsamic cream
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water with olive oil and quench. Add a little olive oil to cool, so that the pasta doesn’t stick together.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and soak them in balsamic cream and olive oil. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the rocket into small pieces, add it now, depending on your taste, then it will be milder, or only at the end.
