Italia Pasta Salad

- 500 g Fusilli
- 80 g Parma ham
- 100 g Parmesan
- 100 g Sun-Dried tomatoes
- 50 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Arugula
- Balsamic cream
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the pasta in salted water with olive oil and quench. Add a little olive oil to cool, so that the pasta doesn’t stick together.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and soak them in balsamic cream and olive oil. Salt and pepper.
- Cut the rocket into small pieces, add it now, depending on your taste, then it will be milder, or only at the end.
- Chop or tear the ham, slice the Parmesan, mix everything together and season to taste. Buon appetito!
