Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 m.-large tomato(s), fresh
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml water
  • some olive oil
  • 1 tsp, sautéed rosemary
  • 1 tsp sautéed thyme
  • 2 tsp, heaped oregano
  • 1 tbsp meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the garlic, onions, and fresh tomatoes into the smallest possible pieces. Lightly fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil. When lightly browned, add the minced meat, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and fry for about 10 minutes. Then add the fresh tomatoes. Pour the can of chopped tomatoes over the meat and mix well. Season to taste with oregano, rosemary, thyme, meat broth, and a little paprika. To make the sauce more fruity, mix a little tomato paste with water and stir in. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little more water and season if necessary.
