Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 5 potatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 ½ dl white wine
- 2 large tomatoes
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- Salt
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Place everything on a baking sheet, add the thickly sliced tomatoes, bay leaves, rosemary, olive oil, white wine, and finely chopped garlic. Mix everything together and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Season with salt. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 1 hour, until the chicken pieces and potatoes are golden brown, turning occasionally.
