  • 1 chicken
  • 5 potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ dl white wine
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Place everything on a baking sheet, add the thickly sliced ​​tomatoes, bay leaves, rosemary, olive oil, white wine, and finely chopped garlic. Mix everything together and spread evenly on the baking sheet. Season with salt. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 1 hour, until the chicken pieces and potatoes are golden brown, turning occasionally.
