Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g biscuits (amarettini)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml coffee, very strong (espresso)
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the baking pan

Finely chop the chocolate coating and amaretti biscuits. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Cream the softened butter with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Gradually stir in the flour mixture along with the espresso. Fold in the chocolate and cookie crumbs. Pour everything into a greased and breadcrumb-coated Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 50 minutes.
