  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 red chili pepper(s)
  • Tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

ideal for grilling and fondue

Dice the two bell peppers and the onion as small as possible. Dice the chili pepper as small as possible, leaving the seeds in. Then mix with enough ketchup to make a salsa that’s not too thin. Let it sit for a few hours.
