Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim the leeks, wash them thoroughly, and chop them very finely. Season them in a bowl with vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix with cream or sour cream. The sauce should be thick. Serve with boiled potatoes. Enjoy.
