Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Flatten the schnitzels slightly. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Then mix the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic granules. First, dip the schnitzels in the egg mixture, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture. Fry the schnitzels in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Serve with macaroni and grated cheese, French fries, and vegetables.
