Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp fennel seeds, ground
- 1 tsp parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into walnut-sized balls and place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. We like to serve this with pasta and tomato sauce. Polenta would also work well.
