Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour type 405
  • 250 g flour (Wiener Griessler, rose flour), double-grain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, good
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

My basic recipe for 6 servings

Knead all ingredients thoroughly until you have a smooth dough. Wrap the finished dough in a damp cloth or cling film and let it rest for 25 minutes. Then, use a rolling pin or pasta machine to work it out.
