Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pork fillet(s) or 4 pork fillet heads
  • 2 tomatoes (tomato al gusto)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 pack of air-dried ham.
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fillet and pat dry, cut in half if necessary. Season with salt and pepper, wrap with ham, and place in a casserole dish. Mix the tomato sauce with the cream and season to taste, then pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Serve with French fries or pasta and a green salad.
