Italian salad with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 3 large onions
  • 125 g ham, cooked
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • e.g. tomato(s)
  • e.g. radishes
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Milk (canned milk)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • some lettuce leaves
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the tuna thoroughly and shred it. Slice the onion into rings. Dice the cooked ham or cut it into thin strips. Cut the salami into thin strips. Grate the cucumber. Deseed and dice the tomatoes. Thinly slice the radishes. For the marinade, sprinkle the mustard with pepper, salt, and Fondor. Add oil (careful not to add too much) and canned milk until you have a smooth marinade. Adjust the oil and canned milk to your liking. Line a bowl with lettuce leaves. Arrange the tuna and other ingredients on top, pour the marinade over it, and garnish with the boiled, quartered eggs.
