Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thin beef roulades
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- e.g. breadcrumbs
- e.g. Parmesan, grated
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs and salt in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Dip the roulades first into the bowl of eggs, then into the bowl of breadcrumbs and Parmesan mixture. Fry in a hot pan with oil until golden brown.
