Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package of Italian herbs (frozen)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the tomatoes very finely. Mix with oil and herbs, and season. Let stand for a while. Serve with warm ciabatta.
