Italian tuna salad with kidney beans

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 80 g gherkins with fiery chili (about 1/2 jar)
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes (Pul Biber)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Super quick and party-friendly – addition to any salad buffet

Place the tuna and oil in a large bowl. Drain the kidney beans and rinse thoroughly. Finely chop the cucumber and onion. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. This salad can easily be prepared the day before.
