Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g spaghetti, (fork spaghetti or other)
- 1 small head of romaine lettuce
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 cans of tuna
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- some milk
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender, drain, rinse, and let cool. Halve the tomatoes and slice the onions into thin rings. Cut the cleaned lettuce into strips. Drain the tuna and tear it into bite-sized pieces. For the salad dressing, mix the mayonnaise with a little milk until smooth and add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Add the salad ingredients to the dressing and mix gently.
