Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 20 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 30 ml oil (corn germ oil)
  • 40 g Gorgonzola

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Finely dice the Gorgonzola and then mix everything together!
