World's Best Banana Snickers Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas, very ripe
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g block chocolate
  • 250 g flour, type 405
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s), size XL
  • 3 chocolate bars (Snickers)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 12 pieces

Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Meanwhile, mash the bananas, add the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add the egg to the butter/chocolate mixture and mix until smooth. Cut the Snickers into small pieces and mix in. Place two paper baking cups in each muffin tin and fill each with the batter. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C (fan oven)) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. Let cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then let the muffins cool on a wire rack with a paper baking cup.
