Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 125 ml yogurt, lemon or vanilla
- 125 g butter, room temperature
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pts. vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Powdered sugar, for the hands
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without yeast
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the yogurt and eggs one at a time and mix until smooth. Also add the lemon zest. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt, then add and mix. The dough will be a bit softer than yeast dough, so dust your hands with powdered sugar. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and granulated sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then slice.
