Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 100 g chocolate, dark
- 100 g chocolate, white
- 200 ml milk
- 100 ml oil (Mazola)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F). Then let them cool and grate them thoroughly, removing any remaining skins. Finely grind the hazelnuts, add the powdered sugar, and grind again. Finely chop the chocolate and mix it with the hazelnut puree. Place in a saucepan with the milk and oil. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, then let it cool. Store in the refrigerator.
