Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 large jalapeños
- 1 can pear(s), quartered, 225 g
- 100 g blue cheese
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 2 cl pear schnapps, 40%
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Preheat the oven/grill to 180 degrees Celsius. Hollow out the jalapeños. Finely crumble the blue cheese and then mix it with the pear schnapps and cream cheese. Chop the pear quarters very finely and add them to the cheese cream. If the cream is too thick, add a little pear water. Fill the jalapeños with the cream and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Tip: Press the pear quarters with a garlic press.
