Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 kiwis, ripe
- 3 peach(s), ripe
- 2 bananas
- 1 nectarine(s), ripe
- ½ lemon(s) or lemon
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1 (500 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and chop the fruit. Squeeze half a lemon and add the juice to the fruit. This should yield about 1 kg of fruit. If there’s not enough, add another nectarine or peach. Also add the cane sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar and cook the fruit until soft. Then puree the fruit until the desired consistency is reached. (I pureed it finely this time, but slightly chunky is also fine.) Bring the puree to a boil with the gelling sugar (2:1) according to the package instructions. Pour into hot, rinsed jars, and screw the lids tightly shut.
